Child Protection on Children's Art Club

The protection of children using the internet is of utmost importance. Childrensartclub has been carefully designed with Child protection in mind.

Only Friends assigned by the artist can post comments onto the site, artists cannot be contacted by users or members of the site as there is no method to do so.

All e-mails sent from the site will be sent using the Childrensartclub generic address so the artist's e-mail address will remain anonymous.

All comments added to the site will be logged and kept including the IP address of the comment author.

How do I register my School?

A School administrator is required to register the school's details on Children's Art Club. Registration will take less than 2 minutes, once registered the administrator will need to add pupils to the site before they may start uploading artwork.

Administrator Functions

The school administrator can add and remove pupil accounts on the site.
The administrator may also delete any picture from the school gallery.

How does Children's Art Club help my school to fundraise?

Once a piece of artwork is loaded onto the site by a pupil from your school it may be used to purchase products by visitors (family and friends) to the site.

Your school will receive 20% of profits from products sold with your school's artwork*. Children's Art Club will also assist Schools in designing further fundraising products using the School's Emblem, these products will be offered to all visitors viewing the product pages via artwork within your school gallery.

*Profit sharing is activated after an initial number of products are purchased. The number of product purchases will be 10% of the schools pupil number. This is to cover picture storage costs/administration.
